Makes 16oz but can be doubled/scaled up
4oz brewed chilled hibiscus tea
4oz frozen or fresh strawberries chopped/muddled
2tsp of honey that has been liquefied
8oz of Rosé wine
In small bowl scoop/measure 2tsp of honey and add 1tsp of boiling water. Stir till honey is dissolved/liquefied.
Pour liquefied honey into tea pitcher. Add hibiscus tea, chopped strawberries and stir. Chill the honey, hibiscus tea and strawberries if you have time, then add the chilled Rosé wine just before serving. Or if your short on time, mix all together and chill for an hour before serving. Pour over ice and enjoy.
